Friday, February 6

• Floor plan renderings with dimensions are due from any exhibitor occupying an Island booth (400 square feet or larger)
• Exhibitor Certificate of Insurance (COI) due
• Exhibitor Drawings/Raffles notification due

Monday, February 9

• The Expo Group (TEG) discount deadline (carpet, electrical, furniture)
• Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) notification due to TEG

Wednesday, February 11

• Advance Shipments will be accepted at the warehouse between Wednesday, February 11 through Friday, February 27

Monday, February 16

• Pre-Show Attendee Mailing List will be distributed to Primary Contacts (Opt-In Only Attendees)

• Online Exhibitor Registration
• Last day to purchase Lead Retrieval Licenses
• Exhibitor profile information due for the mobile app

Update your company profile for the mobile app today. Your profile can be updated in the Exhibitor Registration Portal through February 18. Attendees will have access to the mobile app on March 2. For further instructions on how to add your profile, visit the “Exhibitor Registration & Exhibitor Profile How-to-Guide”.

The Exhibitor Services Manual is live! The Expo Group (TEG) is the general service contractor and the exclusive provider of these services for PDC Summit 2026. If you have not already, you (as the primary contact) will receive an email from TEG that includes a link to access the Online Service Center. If you did not receive this information, contact ExhibitorService@theexpogroup.com. The Discount Deadline is February 9.

Invoice reminders are being sent to the Primary Contact/Billing Contact listed on your contract from ASHE’s invoicing & collection team. If you did not receive your invoice, please contact Samiya Jones at sjones@smithbucklin.com.

Don’t forget to register your team for their badges. All exhibitors received an email from ASHEeducation@aha.org with your login links and instructions. If you did not receive this email, please reach out to  ASHEeducation@aha.org.

The block of hotel rooms is now closed. Exhibitors will need to book accommodations at their own convenience.

ASHE has created a Marketing Toolkit to help exhibitors promote their presence at PDC Summit 2026. The Social Media Toolkit can be found online, HERE, and includes exhibitor and sponsor logos, signature files, social media images, and sample content for promoting your participation. Exhibitors should not use the ASHE corporate logo without prior approval from show management.

Lead retrieval is available through the exhibitor registration portal. Once you log in to the registration portal, you will have the opportunity to buy and assign lead retrieval licenses.
