EXHIBITOR PROFILE
The deadline to provide your company profile for the mobile app is July 25. Your profile can be updated in the Exhibitor Registration Portal. For further instructions on how to add your profile visit the “Exhibitor Registration & Exhibitor Profile How-to-Guide”.

- Company email address
- Website
- Social media handle
ORDER EARLY TO SAVE
The discount deadline for placing orders through the Exhibitor Services Kit is June 30. All exhibitors received an email from The Expo Group with login instructions to the Online Service Center. If you did not receive this email, contact ExhibitorService@theexpogroup.com.
The exhibit area is not carpeted. Booth flooring is required. If you need furnishings, place orders prior to June 30 for the best pricing.
WHAT FURNISHINGS COME WITH YOUR BOOTH
An Exhibit Booth includes an 8’ high black back drape, 3’ high black side drape, and identification sign for booths less than 300 sq ft. The booth package does not come with any furnishings. If you need tables, chairs, electrical or other furnishings for your booth, you will need to place orders through the Exhibitor Service Kit.
FINAL BOOTH PAYMENT REMINDER
All booth payments were due by Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Invoice reminders are being sent to the Primary Contact/Billing Contact listed on your contract from ASHE’s invoicing & collection team. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact Nancy Villa at NVilla@smithbucklin.com.
EXHIBITOR BOOTH PERSONNEL REGISTRATION
Don’t forget to register your team for their badges. All exhibitors received an email from ASHEeducation@aha.org with your login links and instructions. If you did not receive this email, please reach out to ASHEeducation@aha.org.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
A block of hotel rooms is available to all registrants at a discounted rate. The discounted group rates apply until the deadline of June 15, or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first.
You must first register for your badges to receive the link to reserve housing. If you have not received your confirmation with housing instructions, please contact ASHEeducation@aha.org.
