Register Now! EXHIBITOR BOOTH PERSONNEL REGISTRATION

Exhibitors are provided (3) complimentary Exhibit Hall badges and (1) complimentary Full Conference badge for the first 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased. Additional exhibit hall booth staff registrations can be purchased separately for $210. Additional Exhibit Full Conference registrations can be purchased separately for $735.

Both badge types allow your employees to enter the exhibit hall for Exhibitor Move-In, Show Hours and Exhibitor Move-Out.
These badges are for your company employees only. They may not be given or transferred to other conference attendees.
Badges must be worn at all times in the exhibit hall and are required for access to the exhibit hall.
Exhibitor badge types allow access to the 2026 Health Care Facilities Innovation Conference, beginning August 2 at 8:00 AM.
Lunch Tickets are available for all exhibitors to purchase for $45 until June 18. Lunch is not included with your registration.
Exhibit Hall badges DO NOT allow access to Lunch and Learns that are sponsored by other exhibitors.

Exhibitor registration information for name badges is sent out by the ASHE Registration Team, ASHEeducation@aha.org, with the subject line “Welcome to 2026 Health Care Facilities Innovation Conference Exhibitor Team Registration Hub”. This email includes a link to log into the Exhibitor Portal where you can register your booth staff. If you did not receive this information, please check your spam folder, or contact ASHEeducation@aha.org.

LEAD RETRIEVAL
Lead retrieval is available through the exhibitor registration portal. Once you log in to the registration portal, you will have the opportunity to buy and assign lead retrieval licenses.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

A block of hotel rooms is available to all registrants at a discounted rate. The discounted group rates apply until the reservation deadline of June 24, or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first.

You must first complete exhibitor registration for the conference to reserve housing for the conference. The link to book your accommodation will only be included in your registration confirmation. If you have not received your confirmation, please contact ASHEeducation@aha.org.

The Exhibitor Services Manual is live!

The Expo Group (TEG) is the general service contractor and the exclusive provider of these services. If you have not already, you (as the primary contact) will receive an email from TEG, with the subject line "Welcome to Health Care Facilities Innovation 2026!” This email includes a link to access the ExpoPortal.If you did not receive this information, please check your spam folder, or contact ExhibitorService@theexpogroup.com. The Discount Deadline is June 29.

TRADESHOW BUDGET WORKSHEET

WHAT FURNISHINGS COME WITH YOUR BOOTH

A Standard exhibit booth does not come with any furnishings. If you need tables, chairs, electrical or other furnishings for your booth, you will need to place orders through TEG ExpoPortal.

Items included with your booth are:

8’ high grey back drape
3’ high grey side drape,
7×44” booth identification sign

Please note that floor covering is required and can be ordered through TEG.

BOOTH PAYMENT REMINDER

Your payment is due within 30 days of receipt of your invoice, per the ASHE Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, Section 5. Please connect with Kris King at krking@smithbucklin.com today for additional details on extended payment terms if necessary. The Primary Contact/Billing Contact listed on your contract will be sent an invoice from ASHE’s invoicing & collection team in the coming weeks with the subject line “Your ASHE invoice is ready”.
