BOOTH PAYMENT REMINDER – Action Required

Your payment is due upon receipt of your invoice per the ASHE Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, Section 5. The Primary Contact/Billing Contact listed on your contract will be sent an invoice from ASHE’s invoicing & collection team. The Service Manual is live!

The Expo Group (TEG) is the general service contractor and the exclusive provider of these services. If you have not already, you (as the primary contact) will receive an email from TEG, with the subject line "Welcome to Health Care Facilities Innovation 2026!” This email includes a link to access the TEG Expo Portal. If you did not receive this information, please check your spam folder, or contact ExhibitorService@theexpogroup.com. WHAT FURNISHINGS COME WITH YOUR BOOTH

A Standard Exhibit Booth does not come with any furnishings. If you need tables, chairs, electrical or other furnishings for your booth, you will need to place orders through TEG Expo Portal. Items included with your booth are:

8' high royal blue & white back drape
3' high royal blue side drape
7x44" booth identification sign

Please note that floor covering is required and can be ordered through the TEG Expo Portal.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH PERSONNEL REGISTRATION

Register your onsite booth staff today through the Exhibitor Portal. Primary logistical contacts received an email from the ASHE Registration Team, ASHEeducation@aha.org, with the subject line "Welcome to Health Care Facilities Innovation Conference Exhibitor Team Registration Hub”. This email includes a link to log into the Exhibitor Portal where you can register your booth staff. If you did not receive this information, please check your spam folder, or contact ASHEeducation@aha.org.

Planning to have lunch on the show floor? Be sure to include a lunch ticket for your Exhibitor Booth Staff for both Monday and Tuesday in your registration for $90. The last day to purchase lunch tickets is June 18.

Have you booked your hotel room yet? A block of hotel rooms is available to all registrants at a discounted rate. The discounted group rates apply until the reservation deadline of June 24, or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first.

You must first register for your badges to receive the link to reserve housing. If you have not received your confirmation with housing instructions, please contact ASHEeducation@aha.org.

EXHIBITOR MARKETING TOOLKIT

ASHE has created a Marketing Toolkit to help exhibitors promote their presence at the Health Care Facilities Innovation Conference. The Social Media Toolkit can be found online, and includes exhibitor and sponsor logos, signature files, social media images, and sample content for promoting your participation. Exhibitors should not use the ASHE corporate logo without prior approval from show management.

LEAD RETRIEVAL

Lead retrieval is available through the exhibitor registration portal. Once you log in to the registration portal, you will have the opportunity to buy and assign lead retrieval licenses.
